Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk efficiently while greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and team members.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about services and appointments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier packages.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for client follow-ups and appointment updates.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for reception-related needs.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front-office executive is preferred.
