Kazamer Tax Consultant is currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Logistics Executive to join our administrative operations team in Dubai. Although we operate in the tax and financial consultancy sector, efficient logistics coordination plays a key role in managing document movement, office supplies, and client-related dispatch processes smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of important documents between clients, government authorities, and company branches.
- Manage courier services and ensure timely delivery and receipt of confidential files.
- Maintain records of dispatched and received documents.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for logistics support.
- Track shipments and follow up to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Prepare logistics-related reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for document handling and security.
- Support administrative and operational teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with courier management and document tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
