Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a technology-driven professional who can manage IT infrastructure, provide reliable technical support, and ensure secure and efficient system operations within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Ensure data security through regular backups and system updates.
- Maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and network security protocols.
- Document IT systems, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT engineering or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with firewalls, antivirus software, and backup solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
