Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive to join our technical team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system stability.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Ensure data security through regular backups and antivirus protection.
- Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset records.
- Assist in software updates, system maintenance, and technology upgrades.
- Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems and cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
