    Job Description:
    As an Admin Assistant at Kazamer Tax Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth office operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
    Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
    Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    Assist with preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
    Handle office supplies inventory and manage orders for necessary materials.
    Support the preparation of client billing and maintain accurate records.
    Assist in maintaining the company’s calendar and ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks.
    Perform general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed.
    Ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
    A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
    Prior experience in a tax consulting or financial environment is a plus.
