We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong technical skills to support our executive team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing executive-level administrative support and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Communication Management: They handle all communication on behalf of the executive, including answering calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: They coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure that all action items are completed.
- Project Management: They manage special projects and initiatives, working closely with the executive to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Budget Management: They assist the executive in managing their budget, tracking expenses, and processing expense reports.
- Office Management: They manage the office and provide administrative support, including managing files, maintaining supplies, and organizing the work environment.
- Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders: They act as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience for 2-3 years as an Executive Admin or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Preferably a “Tech Savvy” candidate.
- Knowledge of different software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and cloud-based productivity tools like Google Docs.
- Ability to use social media platforms, online collaboration tools, and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in Filipino and Arabic language
