    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Assist clients with tax-related queries, providing accurate information and guidance.
    • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
    • Resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
    • Provide administrative support to enhance customer experience.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or consulting firm.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
