    Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining employee satisfaction through effective HR policies.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Onboard new employees and assist in conducting new hire orientations.
    • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and ensure employee records are up-to-date.
    • Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies across the organization.
    • Respond to employee queries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure compliance.
    • Inform employees about additional benefits and ensure job satisfaction.
    • Collect and analyze HR data to develop solutions and recommend courses of action.
    • Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status.
    • Support leadership in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Maintain and monitor attendance systems, preparing monthly reports.
    • Create and maintain the HR calendar, supporting HR-related activities.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant with knowledge of HR systems and processes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
