    Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our Logistics team in handling outbound operations. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth logistical processes and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

    About the Job:

    The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in managing outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various logistical functions within the organization.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Handle regulations for all markets, including product registration, tracking documents with Head Office, and interacting with customers regarding regulations.
    • Manage client and office orders by entering orders into the system, coordinating with Warehouse Coordinators for packing lists, preparing invoices, and organizing deliveries.
    • Prepare various reports such as pending orders portfolio reports, inventory reports, and import reports.
    • Conduct quarterly visits to the warehouse located in Jebel Ali for random spot checks.
    • Send monthly insurance declarations for outbound shipments.
    • Assist the team in entering orders for the local/travel retail market.
    • Take over team members’ portfolios when they are on leave.

    Candidate Profile:

    • University Degree.
    • 2+ years of experience in Logistics in the UAE.
    • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Eager to learn.
    • Experience in cosmetics/retail is a plus.
