We are seeking a professional and responsible Office Driver to provide transportation services for the employees and clients of Kazamer Tax Consultant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transportation of personnel, documents, and other materials while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and documents to various locations within Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of items and personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is regularly serviced and in good working condition.
- Assist with office errands, including the collection and delivery of mail, documents, and packages.
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure effective scheduling of transportation needs.
- Follow all road safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
- Report any accidents, damage, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of documents during transportation.
- Perform any additional tasks as requested by management or supervisors.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in an office or corporate environment.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s road network and traffic regulations.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with office locations and major business districts in Dubai.
- Previous experience working in a corporate or consulting environment is an advantage.
