Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s image while providing a welcoming environment for our clients and guests. This role also includes a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Role Profile:
- Reception Duties: Ensure the office maintains a polished and professional image by keeping the reception area clean and organized. Greet customers and guests with a welcoming attitude and manage key reception tasks like answering calls and booking meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Take on various clerical tasks, including scheduling travel, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports, managing post, and maintaining pantry and office supply inventories.
- Operational Assistance: Provide support across multiple floors, including event organization, asset management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Team Supervision: Oversee the work of administrative staff, ensuring high service delivery standards such as pest control, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial tasks including issuing purchase orders, tracking budgets, and collaborating with the finance team on invoice handling.
Requirements:
- A positive and professional attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Adaptability, assertiveness, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist in a large company, with computer literacy and the ability to interact professionally with diverse nationalities.
