    Kazamer Tax Consultant, a trusted name in tax advisory and financial consulting services in Dubai, is seeking a Receptionist who can deliver a warm and professional first impression. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing front-desk responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages accurately
    • Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services
    • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
    • Provide basic information about company services and assist with client queries
    • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient internal communication

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration is an advantage
    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role preferred
    • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
