Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages accurately
- Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
- Provide basic information about company services and assist with client queries
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient internal communication
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration is an advantage
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
